There should be a CLI to simplify PKI-specific DS management tasks including:

• creating DS instance with PKI schema
• populating DS instance with PKI base entries
• configuring ACL for pkidbuser
• generating client cert for pkidbuser
• enabling SSL with client cert for pkidbuser
• enabling LDAPI with autobind for pkidbuser

The CLI can be invoked by pkispawn during the initial installation, or directly by the admin post installation to update the DS configuration.
