Indecipherable character on ALGOL compiler line 10880000 #1

Last character on Algol compiler line 10880000 was originally a "-", but may be 
"~" (:=) instead. Very difficult to determine from the scanned listing. Changed 
in both ALGOL and ALGOLXEM sources.

It's a left-arrow (~). Resolved by email from Jay Jaeger on this date. He used 
the cross-reference listing on bitsavers to confirm the variable was assigned 
to on that line, so the operator must be left-arrow. Source is okay as is.
