The JavaScript code has been prepared to localize but not finished yet with parts coded in index.php.

We can copy the technique from QA catalogue web UI.

QA catalogue web UI is mostly server-side (PHP) while Datavis is more client-side (JS), so I started with a solution copied from Vue-I18n. Anyway all I18n frameworks are very similar so it can be switched if needed.
