@morethanbooks conducted a survey (Metadata Desiderata for Literary Corpora) to shed a light on what the literary scholars expected regarding to metadata when they select corpus of literature for computational analysis. The result of the survey showed the most important metadata fields of authors, works and digital texts with weights - similar to the existing weighted completeness analyses. The current issue is about the implementation of measuring catalogues against the relevant criteria which is a subset of the mentioned metadata element (catalogues usually do not provide information about the full text of a work).
