Update docker documentation #455

I've remove the link to http://pkiraly.github.io/2020/05/31/running-with-docker/ because the document was outdated. Still it contains some useful information. A new Docker documentation would be helpful by extending the current README or moving parts of it to a separate document.

P.S: Phu offered to help. @pkiraly would moving Docker documentation to a separate document be ok for you?

@nichtich Sorry, I somehow missed your question last week. Yes, I am OK with it. I just thinking about the best location of the new document. We have two wiki pages about docker, maybe would it be worth to improve those? Or should it be another .md file in the root of the project? For me wiki seems more accessible, and we can link it easily from README.
