Missing URLs in the sitemap #171

Hello,

The generated sitemap there are 1203 urls but the site has 5504 urls in the 
database.

There is nothing listed in the exclusion list which would apply to these page 
names so there is no reason for them not to be included.

I have added the page name to the included URL pattern list and the url still 
does not show in the sitemap.

Does anyone know how to get all the urls in to the site map?
