Product killed server #261

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install, don't allow IIS restart
2. Uninstall (IIS is restarted without any warning)
3. Shutdown your web server, start again
4. Web server is no longer talking to the web

I'm running IIS on Windows 2012 R2 server with a SSL digital certificate. I 
downloaded it Nov/12/2014.
