We've had a few requests to add the citation style language for the American Medical Association. This PR adds the AMA CSL file from their repository here:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/master/american-medical-association.csl

And also includes locale keys for the languages the plugin has currently been translated into.

Thanks, @NateWr - still getting used to not using tabs any more :) I've also removed the other locale keys.
