Hi. I wonder if the "Skip to ..." accessibility feature can be added to the Classic theme. Perhaps you can just copy it from the Manuscript OJS Theme, which implemented quite nicely. When the users tab on the page, they gets these 3 options (this is how the code looks like, without accompanying CSS):
