English locale in Manuscript theme instead of missing Kyrgyz #15

Hi, I am trying to display an English locale in manuscript theme where Kyrgyz language is missing, but it looks like this:

What could be wrong?

OJS 3.4.0.4 Plugin version 1.2.0.0

Same thing with Lithuanian after OJS update, it appears that this plugin doesn't work with the latest version (3.4.0.5). Needs an urgent fix.

Nvm, I found the problem. After the OJS upgrade to 3.4.0.5 this plugin was missing but was shown in the Gallery that it needs an update however that would always fail with an error saying that it's already the latest version. I uploaded this plugin manually through SFTP and after giving correct permissions it's working again.

Same like rest of the files in parent dirs on sftp.
