Indicate ORCiD authentication status in resultant XML #31

The JATS Template / OAI JATS plugin combination does not currently indicate the ORCiD authentication status for authors. The JATS schema permits this to be specified as an authenticated attribute on contrib-id:

https://jats.nlm.nih.gov/publishing/tag-library/1.2/attribute/authenticated.html

Add this data, when available, to the JATS Template / OAI JATS pipeline.

Implemented. For release in:

OJS 3.4.0-x: JATS Template 1.0.7-3 and later
OJS 3.3.0-x: JATS Template 1.0.6-2 and later
