Note that this requires running vendor/doctrine/doctrine-module/bin/doctrine-module -v orm:schema-tool:update --force to update the database for the new flag.

Tested and working! Great job. Although this makes https://github.com/pkp/xmlps/issues/28 even more of a priority because "get me the final XML output" now entails specifying a different job stage (_merged or _pdf) depending on whether the input was doc/compatible or pdf, which probably doesn't make sense from an end user perspective.
