we should probably make a vagrant/ansible installer at some point #64

I just went through our install docs for the first time in awhile to try to resolve issues another user was having in getting everything up and running, and there was definitely a little bit more dependency chasing than there should've been. This isn't a huge priority; I'll get to it myself eventually if no one else is excited about it.
