7 years ago Turns out that was due to an outage of their service, not a cutoff, but we should still return to this at some point.

7 years ago Turns out that was due to an outage of their service, not a cutoff, but we should still return to this at some point.
We've been (temporarily, I hope!) cut off by CrossRef for volume use which is causing the References job to never complete and the BibtexReferences job to fail because it can't find the output of the References job -- need a better failover scenario here.
