Tested versions that present the problem: 46 and 47 (nightly build).

Actually this is a bug related to an older version of OJS, confirming if we still have this in the most recent one.

And yes, it is problematic in newer versions also, which is something to be expected, because in workflow pages we don't use the PDF viewer plugin (which still works ok).

It seems a Firefox bug, and it doesn't impact the public pages, even with older installs, because those always rely on external browser plugins to open the PDF's.
