Describe the problem you would like to solve Our editors need a way to reorganise the submission tab (submitting a new article), including asking the author to specify metadata first before uploading a submission file
Describe the solution you'd like Enables to user to specify the submission order in "The submission tab" in the steps of "Workflow settings".
Who is asking for this feature? This feature can be offered to Journal Editors and Journal Administrators users
