[A11Y] Very low contrast presented on the submissions tab items #9333

Issue Description

The selected tab presents a very low contrast ratio which results in low readability of the item.

How to reproduce / Current behavior

Log in to the system
Click on Submissions
Check the Tabbed items under

What application are you using?

OJS 3.4.X

Stack used

Device: Laptop
OS: MacOS (Monterey)
Browser: Chrome
Version: 117

Testing method

Automated test: WAVE (contrast checker)

Action

Increase the contrast ratio using a higher contrast color against the background. The element should use #505050

Additional information

For 3.4 release, the colour of text on the selected tab can change to Hex Code: #505050
