Based on the observed functionality, it should be 'or' instead of 'and/or'.

I think we understand what you mean.

We wanted to explain the case where keywords provided may match both the Name and Description.

It is probably an issue of semantics.

Reason for disagreement: The definition of "and" is that it will be true if and only if the expressions on both sides of it are true whereas "or" will be true if the expression on either side of it is true. In this case, I you mean to have used the exclusively latter and not the former, where the search result need only match ANY ONE of the keywords to be displayed. I do think this is a bug as it affected my understanding of the usage of the find feature.
