Z-index working in firefox but not in IE8

** What steps will reproduce the problem?

I ran the sample code provided in firefox5 and IE8. In IE, the dropdown 
overlapped the other DDCL control that was right below it. 

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expecting to see dropdown check list always over the other controls. This works 
in firefox5 but not in IE8.

** What is your environment?

Windows XP

-- DropDownCheckList version: dropdown-check-list.1.4.zip
-- jQuery version:
-- jQuery UI version:
-- Browser and version: firefox5 and IE8

** Please provide any additional information below/Please attach sample

I would greatly appreciate if you can upload (or email me) a sample where the 
DDCL z-index works in IE8.

The TESTCASE page has examples of DDCL overlapping other DDCL controls, and 
everything seems to be displaying properly in my IE8 environment.
Please attach a simple HTML example where this fails so I can take a look.
