bump to MathJax 2.7.4 #31

MathJax is at 2.7.4.

Sadly, it's not straight forward -- some TeX extensions are broken and the webfontdir is no longer set correctly. (MathML input and SVG output shoudl be fine)

Not sure when I'll find the time to revisit so help welcome.

That was actually introduced while working out #33. So we're ready to go here.
