Missing user emails #44

The Administer Users plugin shows that most users don't have an email assigned 
to them in the database.

We need to figure out what could be causing this.

Perhaps related to this: When a blog is rejected, the user email does not 
appear, despite the fact that it is clearly supposed to. This is needed so that 
when an admin rejects a blog, he or she can email the user and explain why it 
was rejected.

Can you check the database the confirm that they are not there?
