wallet_name on checkpassphrase and changepassword #372

Added support for wallet_name in wallet/checkpassphrase and wallet/changepassphrase. In both cases if wallet_name is empty it will work against the default wallet name (wallet.db). Otherwise if the wallet_name is different than the current unlocked wallet it will load it into a new loader.
