about the SEM output shape #52

Hello Mr. Author, I have a question that why the SEM dim-1 output is 21 and not equals to the powers of 2?

Thanks for your attention. There are two considerations, 1 we refer to the way RCF which generates the side feature to obtain rich features, 2 only 2 just same as the final fusion process which could not provide enough information and 21 doesnot increase too much parameters extraly.
