[Tiled VAE] What's the different of this Tiled VAE implementation compared with default implementation in diffusers library? #386

Hi, wonderful work!

I see there are enable_vae_tiling method in the pipeline of diffusers, I'm curious about the benefits of the implementation of this library, since enable_vae_tiling is supported in default by huggingface team.
