Describe the bug PTS紊乱致播放卡顿. Messed up PTS results in stuttering playback.

To Reproduce

xavs2编码yuv素材, 如xxx.yuv得到xxx.avs2
ffplay xxx.avs2

Expected behavior DTS/PTS显示为0/0
