This task brings the results of #13, #14, #16 together to create a functional news querying and subscription UX to Hummingbot AI.
There is no need to create the full subscription payment rail defined in #14 for the initial demo - using stubs for payment / subscription account is sufficient. But we should demonstrate querying real news articles and receiving real news alerts.
There's also likely to be a need for hand offs between the main chat agent flow and the news agent flow.
