Overhead of offline backup is too high, but an additional copy would be ideal. Maybe wasabi in aus (1TB minimum though...) or cloudflare R2? could also use proton if restore times are reasonable

Azure and Oracle can use CLI commands in Obsidian

Azure/Oracle IaC is solid, Grafana can go as only using builtin dashboards now
