Yep those files have been added to www-core: https://github.com/PlaceOS/www-core/commit/a335f2ac7fb4cfd80a6bb4cfcf789ef7cfde5f79

Have tested and used this error page config on two different deployments, one in kubernetes configured exactly like this.
