[x] Implement a viewport to display the "master design".
[x] Ensure the viewport has a light grid, with each cell colored appropriately.
[x] Display the coordinates of each pixel when hovered over.
[x] Enable zooming in and out of the viewport using the scroll wheel and panning by dragging.
