refactor: using a `pixels` json in art_tool_designs instead of `art_tool_pixels` table

Replaces usages of the art_tool_pixels table in favor of the following:

[x] Storing the pixel data of a design in a pixels JSON array in art_tool_designs
[x] art_tool_canvas table to store information on a canvas
[x] art_tool_canvas_designs table storing which designs are in a canvas, with a design layer order, along with a top_left_x and top_left_y coordinate for the top left coordinate of the design relative in the canvas

By doing this, we achieve the following:

Significant database fetching improvements (no longer fetching and updating hundreds of rows for a design)
Preserving layer data in a canvas
The ability to easily move a design (by changing the top left coordinate instead of having to update the offset of every pixel in a design)
