Activating preview pane on activating its corresponding editor #3

Greetings, here is a try to add some features:

support for markdown-preview-plus package (initial idea by @nick-f and @mark-hahn)
activating markdown preview pane when user activates the corresponding editor (toggleable via settings, off by default)

Auto activation feature works only for already opened preview panes.

Most of code were copy-pasted from markdown related Atom packages.
