Swift Package Manager support #7

Hi! FYI we have just release our v2 SDK: https://github.com/plaid/plaid-link-ios/tree/main-v2

which is written in Swift and supports the new .xcframework format.

It will soon replace the 1.x build on master and we'll be adding official SPM support since binary framework support was added this year at WWDC.
