After Flipping planet, check incoming #258

Have incoming attack ships turn around. Make sure supply pods, cargo with spies, etc... still arrive.

Should that only turn around inbound allied attack ships? And those ships shouldn't return back from the planet they haven't gotten to, their arrival time would ideally be the amount of time they've been flying so far (maybe plus a minute or two for the slow-down and re-accelerate).
