No warning on starved station about to die #366

Stations need supply lines in order to survive. If the supply line is missing or insufficient, the station can die a quiet death rather than issuing a complaint. With such a large investment, it would seem sensible that the commander of the station would at least phone home and ask to requisition some supplies rather than suffer the fate of a Death Star without even a Rebel scapegoat.

You know now that the message being sent back will blame some Rebel Scum for the destruction of the station...

Hmm, the owner does get some warnings when things start breaking. However, this issue should be folded into the station messages should go to alliance members. (And possibly the rest of the station work that is still ongoing. Perhaps written up in the dev wiki...)
