supply chain hangup #415

Resources still being drained from planet feeding another planet after Cult flipped it and supply chain was broken/removed.

Sounds like there was a interruption in the flip process. Supply chains are handled with both planets getting a recalc. So, this probably isn't a normal error, but I need to know which planets involved and empire. Support on the forums would be a better choice for this frankly.

353674 was the body id. Might need to check if it had something to do with GGs.

Will do, RO suggested I post it on github.. but I agree I don’t think it’s a big deal.. I just wanted you guys to know what happened.
