Alliance leaders should be able to see who their members have authorized #417

Perhaps something in the Embassy. Whatever the case, we need to make sure a Sid doesn't happen with the authorization mechanism.

As an alliance leader myself I have mixed feelings about such a feature since it is very useful on one side but on the other hand reduces the privacy of alliance members. I wonder if it's really my business who they have authorized but I have the freedom to ask them anyway if I was interested. Though giving them the choice to disable sharing sitter info would defeat its purpose. Perhaps there is a way to let alliance leaders know about authorized sitters in a less revealing way?
