Can you clean up your page and maybe upload some code/screenshots to github? Right now it's looking a little sparse...
I uploaded the xcode project of the latest version and released the links to the beta version. The info on the features of version 1.1 beta are on the page and also some screen shot links to version 1.0. I'm working on a cleaner README file.
Version 1.1 with new features is available. Also the github repository is much nicer. Probably this week I'll release verison 2 which supports the new SiriProxy version 0.5 with no dnsmasq required. Also an auto install feature which will download and setup SiriProxy.
Hi! Any update on version 2? I'm using SiriProxy version 0.5.3 on Mac OS X 10.8.2 and was looking for a good GUI Thanks for the good work!
I have some progress with the new version. My main problem is time cause Im in exams week. I will do my best to release it as soon as possible. Probably I will be done this weekend. The new SiriProxy version 0.5.3 is easier to initialize and do stuff but I have to change a lot of stuff such as the user and the dns configs. I'll post about my progress. Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for your reply! Good luck with you're exams! I will wait patiently for version 2.
Regards,
Bastiaan

any news or update? By the way, did you pass your exams?
@BasPost Sorry for the delay. I'm trying to figure a good way to not use Terminal. Porbably will leave it to the next version so I can release this soon. I'm almost done. I'll let you know by the time it's done. And yes I did. Thanks for using it and being patient.
@BasPost I have a working version of the GUI compatible with SiriProxy 0.5. I only need to finish the installation part of this version (to install the siriproxy gem automatically). Would you like a copy of it? If yes, while you use it, could you beta test it (see if you find any bugs). I will release the new version with the install option probably tomorrow or Monday. The only thing missing on this version is the auto-install.
@bgottsch , No problem! I'm glad to help and I will test it. Tomorrow I have some time to take a look at it. Thanks for the hard work!
@BasPost Thanks for helping with it. The link to the Application is http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?ob3rn5duwdhnmg5 and the link to the Xcode project is http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?yz46lf33v843n9f. I'll let you know when I finish everything. Thanks again.
To everybody else who wants the pre-release version 2.0 that is compatible with SiriProxy 0.5 the links are: Application http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?ob3rn5duwdhnmg5 and Xcode project http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?yz46lf33v843n9f. I would be thankful if you beta tested it and reported any bugs. The final version will shortly be released. When it is released, I'll update the repository. Thanks for using it and being patient for this version.
@bgottsch I've installed your app, but I can't start siriproxy with it, simple reason is the directory. I've installed siriproxy as a gem so it is installed as follow on my macmini: USER/ .rvm/gems//ruby-1.9.3-p392/gems/siriproxy-0.5.4 Is it possible to add a custom field to fill in the installation path's?
In the preferences view of the app you can select the right path. I had it installed wrongly on my mac before so i changed it and corrected it. But the user can still select a custom directory. Im trying to create an automated solution to this.

@bgottsch Found it! Other question, could you compile it in Xcode for use with OSX 10.7? Now I opened the Xcode project and changed the setting to 10.7, but I can't compile it, only do a test run, for so far 2.0 works, but now the bug for geocoder 1.1.7 popups :-(
@BasPost ill have a look on the bug and will compile it in 10.7. Glad it worked.

@BasPost i just compiled it to 10.7+ so its more compatible but i think the geocoder bug is not generated by the app. I want able to find it. Send me more info of it.
@bgottsch It is not a bug in your app, but a confirmed bug in geocoder's update, but just solved by 1.1.8 See: https://github.com/plamoni/SiriProxy/issues/514
It's more of a message than a problem, but I've created a GUI for the SiriProxy server on the Mac. The link to the Git is https://github.com/bgottsch/Siri-Proxy-GUI and the download links are there. Is there a way to contact you cause I have some ideas for it.
Thanks, bgottsch
