Implemented new authentication for Core4.

pull request resides in new branch mmr-auth for testing with automatic deployment and over multiple distriubted maschines with a real webserver.

I will not merge this branch into develop as it is now, due to private repositories within the dependencies, merge conflicts and not suitable documentation.
