MANIFEST removed #191

It seems that in certain install/build situations the MANIFEST file gets removed by the setup.py script. Hypthesis are

  1. MANIFEST.in is deleted if pip is used instead of setuptools
  2. MANIFEST.in is deleted if core4 is installed in edit (develop) mode

anybody observed this behavior, too?

this is also confirmed by tests/be/test_release.py - regression test failure

required fix in core4build package. done and pushed
