This update is focused on making it possible to setup or import sample data.

There are the changes made:

Added capability to import sample data. There is a new Import menu item
Extended initial seeding capability so that the data being imported can be configured in json files located at www/data
Replaced all the names of candidates with bogus names
Replaced images of candidates with random avatars

This pull request is obsolete because medhat duplicated this effort starting from the master branch
