Link not working with image #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a picture
2. Choose link
3. Image disappears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Link should be applied to image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jquery.rte1_2min, OS is Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
