CLI command issues #2

When I try to use the calamr aligncorp liu-example -f txt -d example command from the examples I get the following error:

calamr: error: action 'aligncorp' expects 1 argument(s) but got 2: liu-example, example

The CLI's -d changed to -o and I forgot to update the docs on GitHub, which is now fixed. Thank you for noticing.
