skip rdock #9

We are using rxdock for now. Is that the correct way to skip the entire folder?

The skip_list file has been renamed, is this still needed?

Looks like that RxDock is unmaintained: https://gitlab.com/rxdock/rxdock/-/issues/33 , while rDock is active at https://rdock.github.io/ and https://github.com/CBDD/rDock , although not sure what was the original reason to go for RxDock.
