App bar is slow just after going home #29

If I’ve only just gone to my homescreen, tapping on an app in the App Bar then takes a couple of seconds for it to open; whereas the app opens straight away if I’m in another app or have sat on the homescreen for a few seconds. iirc, this is from an Android ratelimit, but I would have thought there’d be a way for a system app to bypass that.
