Remove `.yarn/install-state.gz` #58

Context

According to Yarn documentation, .yarn/install-state.gz is just a cache file for optimization, it should be removed and ignored by .gitignore.

Sorry but I have a quick question. As i want it to count as Hacktoberfest, should I wait until October before making my PRs?

@Ionfinisher I'm not sure, but it's my understanding that only the merge needs to be done in October, so you might want to create it first and then do the merge in October. Check out the Hacktoberfest site for more information
