add icons #132

This PR adds favicon and apple touch icons on the static page.

For some reason, favicon.ico doesn't appear on the Google Chrome tab bar. So I added a 32x32 png from the company website. I welcome any alternatives to this approach 😄

How about using prefers-color-shceme to detect light / dark theme?
