KeyManage

Defaultly Authenticate or generate key form
If key present, Display:
- 9c Address (Hex) (Link to 9cscan Page)
- Public Key (Hex)
If key pledged, Display also:
- NCG Balance
- NextTxNonce
- Optionally, Mead
If key !req || !app
- Display Req/App and inform key register to portal
