[Design] Create a Tagger bot profile image + branding

Overview We are renaming our moderation bot to Tagger to better reflect it's work. Tagger is akin to a graffiti artist who is tagging walls and other things with their signature.

Deliverables

• tagger profile image / icon
• Updated content warning overlay that reflects tagging - make it fun. (also the current text is elipsed)

Exploration

I used Midjourney for generating images of street artists of diverse genders, ethnicities and styles, as well as several takes on street art with the words TAGGER and TAGR. You can explore my preliminary choices here: https://www.figma.com/design/s0qf4VmyQygydP8MIQazZc/Nos?node-id=6593-31421
