Profile photos are not loading on first launch sometimes #707

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Do a fresh install of Nos (logout and delete the app, then reinstall)
  2. Go through onboarding to set up a fresh account Expected: After onboarding you are left on the Discover tab and all the profile photos should load on the cells that are visible after a few seconds. Actual: Sometimes the profile photos never load. Sometimes even relaunching the app doesn't fix it.

Probably related to #691.

I am most concerned about this in the Profiles tab and the stories icons at the top of the Feed.

I spent some time on this recently. I think there are multiple issue causing this, but I did some work on the stories view and pushed it up to archive/load-profile-pictures-in-stories, 74f3a1bc3.
