WCAG color contrast compliance #1067

Make UI meet WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards - mainly seems a contrast issue, might also need change in color values.

Sebastian found a Figma plugin that can check this.

In our /#product-tube Slack channel today, I posted screen recordings of my findings on color contrast issues and changes to make, just need the design choices for the values then we should be good for a thin lean way to get to AA and AAA WCAG compliance.
